Please be local to Southern California as I am not interested in co-ordinating a long distance exchange.

I am looking for something that is interactive, DIY-ish and hackable. Anything along the lines of an iRobot/Roomba/Rovio, interesting audio devices, some kind of camera, or maybe something I've never even heard of.

My kit is has white led's, works great, has an awesome brushed aluminium faceplate, and a custom, ultra-cool card board box enclosure.

Even if no one knows it, it shouldn't be too hard to work out. If some willing soul could load up the linked patch, which just logs OSC messages, and post some data from an app with tilt enabled that would be fantastic. Like I say, I'm stuck without a device to check this out on for now... :(

i just took some time while waiting for pro tools progress bars and happened across this.

i am sincerely not happy with computers at the moment, my brain ears eyes and wrists all physically hurt.

having said that i do have up on the other screen over my shoulder a max patch which i have been ignoring all day hoping it will fix itself.

the patch is something that i'm sure many people are going to be excited about, and your post has just spurred me on a little bit more. maybe this isn't all just a massive waste of time when instead i could just be doing a bar job and having fun?

i'm pretty sure i owe you a curry and some beers so make sure next time i'm in the uk you're not ill and/or come out here for some mountain fresh air.

the buttons are responsive... but they are "ticky"
if that makes sense
and yes... they are just a little too big for your hand...

i really like using it for recording loops ... i.e. in mixer mode, when composing..
otherwise.... im just waiting for my new monome to be done...
i told tehn, when it was, i would jimi hendrix light my launchpad on fire... on stage...
